As we head into fall, the ongoing pandemic is still causing uncertainty. I personally am heading into some exciting changes around employment and training opportunities.
So I’ve decided it’s wise to scale back on my typical fall yoga schedule and offer one class a week for now: Multi-Level Yoga. Designed to enhance balance, mobility, wellness and immunity, this blend of styles combines Flow, Yin and Meditation. Suitable for all levels of experience, including beginners. Available online and in person with appropriate COVID-19 measures in place.
We’re making the most of summer with outside as well as inside yoga through July: COVID-19 appropriate in-person classes, including a family-friendly option. Online options also available.
