Students say

“I have loved going to your yoga classes, especially the Yin and Restorative Yoga, as I could always be guaranteed a superb night’s sleep after. Often times I would go to yoga class feeling achy, but the stretching and balancing would leave me feeling so good afterwards!

Relaxation pose at the beginning of each class with positive affirmations and just being in the moment with the breath has been very beneficial for me. My body craves yoga if I miss even just a week of classes!
Thank you Brigitte!”
