Our Winter Yoga continues through March – Community Yoga has moved to the warmth and privacy of Creative Flow’ Studio in Florenceville, while Chair Yoga remains in our cosy space at Florenceville rec centre. Creative Flow in-person Yoga classes are subject to cancellation due to winter weather events. Please make a habit of checking Creative Flow’s Facebook page here for updates before heading to class. Whenever possible, students who have registered for any classes that are cancelled will be notified by email. Make-up classes will be provided online.
