Creative Flow in-person Yoga classes are subject to cancellation due to winter weather events. Please make a habit of checking Creative Flow’s Facebook page here for updates before heading to class. Whenever possible, students who have registered for any classes that are cancelled will be notified by email. Make-up classes will be provided online.

I’m delighted to have gained my Reiki Master certification this summer! This means I can provide Reiki trainings for anyone wishing to become certified in Reiki at Levels I, II and III (Reiki Master). I’m busy preparing my lovely new Reiki Room – coming soon!
I continue to provide Reiki treatments as well as therapeutic private sessions combining the benefits of Reiki with different styles of Yoga. Both Reiki and Yoga sessions are available in person and online. Contact me for more information.
