Reiki Master – new offerings

I’m delighted to have gained my Reiki Master certification this summer! This means I can provide Reiki trainings for anyone wishing to become certified in Reiki at Levels I, II and III (Reiki Master). I’m busy preparing my lovely new Reiki Room – coming soon!

I continue to provide Reiki treatments as well as therapeutic private sessions combining the benefits of Reiki with different styles of Yoga. Both Reiki and Yoga sessions are available in person and online. Contact me for more information.

Affordable private yoga options

My shift to focusing on private and semi-private sessions provides flexibility and tailored sessions to better serve you and your unique needs.

Click here to find out about Creative Flow yoga options available to you, which can include guided meditation and hands-off Reiki to further boost balance and wellness at all levels of being.

All sessions are available in person at my Florenceville studio, in line with current NB government guidelines, or online – live or recorded. A venue of your choice may also be an option. Contact me for more information.

As we head into fall, the ongoing pandemic is still causing uncertainty. I personally am heading into some exciting changes around employment and training opportunities.

So I’ve decided it’s wise to scale back on my typical fall yoga schedule and offer one class a week for now: Multi-Level Yoga. Designed to enhance balance, mobility, wellness and immunity, this blend of styles combines Flow, Yin and Meditation. Suitable for all levels of experience, including beginners.
