My shift to focusing on private and semi-private sessions provides flexibility and tailored sessions to better serve you and your unique needs.

Fall Yoga

As we head into fall, the ongoing pandemic is still causing uncertainty. I personally am heading into some exciting changes around employment and training opportunities.

So I’ve decided it’s wise to scale back on my typical fall yoga schedule and offer one class a week for now: Multi-Level Yoga.
