COVID-19 measures are in place at all Creative Flow in-person classes. These include sanitising high touch surfaces, screening all participants according to current COVID-19 requirements in New Brunswick, and physical distancing. Please bring your own mat and props – buy your own gently used studio quality mat and props from Creative Flow, subject to availability.

Online classes are also available from the comfort of your own home! Choose from live classes or view the recorded classes on your schedule (available for up to a week afterwards).
