Fall Yoga

As we head into fall, the ongoing pandemic is still causing uncertainty. I personally am heading into some exciting changes around employment and training opportunities.

So I’ve decided it’s wise to scale back on my typical fall yoga schedule and offer one class a week for now: Multi-Level Yoga. Designed to enhance balance, mobility, wellness and immunity, this blend of styles combines Flow, Yin and Meditation. Suitable for all levels of experience, including beginners. Mini Retreats Update

Our Perth-Andover and Florenceville mini retreats have been postponed until we can use them to celebrate our return to Yellow Phase. As well, a longer, luxurious retreat at the Castle Inn in Perth-Andover is being planned for after COVID-19 restrictions are lifted.
