“I believe anyone can do yoga – that’s what led me to develop my inclusive approach to teaching yoga.”
Creative Flow owner Brigitte Marsden believes in living your yoga. Practising mindful yoga has brought her many health and wellness benefits, including reduced stress levels, enhanced lung capacity and increased range of motion. Developing greater awareness of body, mind and breath through yoga helps bring balance and focus to all areas of her life.
