Creative Flow owner Brigitte Marsden believes in living your yoga. Practising mindful yoga has brought her many health and wellness benefits, including reduced stress levels, enhanced lung capacity and increased range of motion. Developing greater awareness of body, mind and breath through yoga helps bring balance and focus to all areas of her life.

Brigitte Marsden, RYT now has 650 hours of training in the Yoga field, including Hatha Vinyasa and Yin Yoga, Chair Yoga and Trauma-informed Yoga & Mindfulness. She received her IYT certification as an Advanced Teacher of Therapeutic Yoga in December 2017. Brigitte has completed:

  • a 300 hour teacher training with Stephanie Calhoun at Satori in mindful Hatha Vinyasa (Yang) and Yin Yoga in July 2014
  • a 300 hour advanced teacher training with Integrative Yoga Therapy in December 2017
  • a 30 hour training in Trauma-Informed Yoga and Mindfulness in June 2017
  • a 13 hour certification in Chair Yoga in April 2015.

A Registered Yoga Teacher with the internationally-recognised Yoga Alliance, Brigitte’s upgraded designation of RYT 500 reflects 500 hours of her training. She is also a qualified classroom teacher, and has experience of working with families with babies and young children to promote their development.

Brigitte offers scheduled classes at Creative Flow’s Yoga Nook, located in Woodstock’s Riverside Court, as well as in local schools and other locations in Western New Brunswick. Art teacher

An experienced classroom teacher, interior and graphic designer, Brigitte Marsden draws on her art school training,  First Class BA Honours Degree in 3D (Interior) Design and Graphic Design Diploma to craft all kinds of enriching learning opportunities for children, youth and adults.

Brigitte teaches art classes, clubs and camps in Western New Brunswick, as well as offering private art classes to children and adults. Her approach to teaching art focuses on providing opportunities for her students to develop their creativity, learn new skills in a safe environment and build their confidence.
